ADAMS WROUGHT IRON

Adams Wrought Iron is an industrial company located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates that specialises in the manufacture of wrought iron and other metalwork.

Recently Adams Wrought Iron has received three Nargesa machines with which they have been working for a few months, specifically the Twisting Iron Machine MT500A Nargesa Forging Torsion Machine and the End Hot Wrought Iron Machine PC16 and the End Hot Wrought Iron Machine NF70 Nargesa hot forging machines. After this first acquisition and first contact with our brand Nargesa, the sales manager, Mr. Amer Kadro decided to visit our facilities to consider a new purchase of Nargesa machinery, this time the Nargesa Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC.

Wrought Iron Specialists

Adams Wrought Iron are specialists in wrought iron. Wrought iron is a material with a long history that is still very relevant in the modern world today. It is made from iron ore which is heated to high temperatures in a forge. It is then beaten in a process that seeks to remove the impurities and slag contained in the ore.

Wrought iron has a number of properties that make it a very versatile material. It is strong, can withstand heavy loads and is unlikely to break in any way. Wrought iron is corrosion resistant and therefore ideal for outdoor applications.

In addition, it can be moulded into a wide variety of shapes, and this malleability makes it suitable for all kinds of needs and occasions. These properties have made it a popular material for a wide range of applications such as furniture, gates, bridges, railings, staircases, towers, etc.

Real applications of wrought iron

Here are some examples of real applications of wrought iron in private and public buildings known to all of us:

  1. Furniture: Tolix Chairs, Eames LTR table, Wrought Iron Antique bed, Anglepoise Original 1227 Lamp and Fermob Garden Furniture. These are just a few examples of famous furniture that incorporate wrought iron in their design, highlighting the versatility and aesthetic appeal of this material in furniture making.
  2. Doors: Doors of Notre-Dame Cathedral (Paris, France), Doors of Casa Batlló (Barcelona, Spain), Doors of the Sydney Opera House (Sydney, Australia), Doors of the Royal Palace of Madrid (Madrid, Spain) and Doors of the Palace of Versailles (Versailles, France). These examples illustrate how wrought iron has been used to create impressive gates in some of the world's most famous architectural structures. Detailed craftsmanship and ornate designs are common features in many of these gates.
  3. Bridges: Brooklyn Bridge (New York, United States), Tower Bridge (London, United Kingdom), Iron Bridge (Shropshire, United Kingdom), Alexandre III Bridge (Paris, France) and San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (San Francisco, United States). These bridges are notable examples of how wrought iron has been used in the construction of engineering works that have stood the test of time.
  4. Towers: Eiffel Tower (Paris, France), Blackpool Tower (Blackpool, UK), Belem Tower (Lisbon, Portugal), Clock Tower (Penang, Malaysia) and Torre del Oro (Seville, Spain). These examples highlight how wrought iron has been used in tower construction, providing both structural strength and distinctive decorative elements.

Wrought iron is also used in a variety of other applications, such as the manufacture of tools, toys and sculptures. Wrought iron is a versatile material that can be used to create a variety of products.

The Nargesa machines that Adams Wrought Iron works with

  1. The Twisting Iron Machine MT500A Nargesa Forging Twisting Machine, are machines used to twist or twist metal bars or profiles. In Nargesa the twisting machine is automatic and manufactures ornamental pieces, bars, scrolls, etc.
  2. The hot forging machines PC16 and NF70 Nargesa are used to give shape by heating the metal piece until it softens, and then moulding the iron to obtain arrowheads, smooth points, snail-shaped, etc. There are many industries that use hot forging machines, such as the automobile industry to manufacture axles, connecting rods, brake discs... or the construction industry to manufacture beams, columns... or the heavy industry for agricultural machinery, mining machinery, etc.
  3. Horizontal bending presses like our Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC, are used to bend metal sheets with a specific angle, also to cut, bend, join, assemble, etc.

We are infinitely grateful to Adams Wrought Iron for trusting in Nargesa machinery. We would like to express our gratitude and honour that the Nargesa machinery range covers the needs of all the professionals and experts of the metal sector, thank you very much for trusting in our work!
