How to Bend Square Tubing Without Wrinkles: Five Proven Methods

Bending thin-wall square tubing often results in wrinkles on the inside of the bend, flattening, and loss of cross-section. In this article, we compare five methods for controlling that deformation and explain which one worked best for each type of job.
