ADAMS WROUGHT IRON

Adams Wrought Iron is visiting us to expand its range of Nargesa machinery

The company, Adams Wrought Iron, is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, specializes in the manufacturing of wrought iron and other metalwork. They have recently acquired three Nargesa machines and have been working with them for a few months, specifically the Twisting Iron Machine MT500A Nargesa, as well as the End Hot Wrought Iron Machine PC16 and the End Hot Wrought Iron Machine NF70. Following this initial purchase and their first experience with our Nargesa brand, Mr. Amer Kadro has decided to visit our facilities to explore a new acquisition of Nargesa machinery. This time, they are considering the purchase of the Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC.

Adams Wrought Iron specializes in wrought iron

Wrought iron is a material with a rich history that still holds significant relevance in the modern world. It is obtained from iron ore heated to high temperatures in a forge. Subsequently, it is hammered in a process aimed at removing impurities and slag from the ore. Wrought iron possesses several properties that make it a highly versatile material. It is strong, capable of bearing heavy loads, and unlikely to break in any way. Wrought iron is corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor applications. Additionally, it can be molded into a wide variety of shapes, and this malleability makes it suitable for various needs and occasions.

These properties have made it a popular material for a wide range of applications, such as furniture, doors, bridges, railings, stairs, towers, etc. Below are some examples of real-world applications of wrought iron in both private and public constructions known to all of us:

  1. Furniture: Tolix Chairs, Eames LTR Table, Antique Wrought Iron Bed, Anglepoise Original 1227 Lamp, and Fermob Garden Furniture. These are just a few examples of famous furniture pieces that incorporate wrought iron into their design, showcasing the versatility and aesthetic appeal of this material in furniture manufacturing.
  2. Doors: Doors of Notre-Dame Cathedral (Paris, France), Doors of Casa Batlló (Barcelona, Spain), Doors of the Sydney Opera House (Sydney, Australia), Doors of the Royal Palace of Madrid (Madrid, Spain), and Doors of the Palace of Versailles (Versailles, France). These examples illustrate how wrought iron has been used to create impressive doors in some of the world's most famous architectural structures. Detailed craftsmanship and ornate designs are common features in many of these doors.
  3. Bridges: Brooklyn Bridge (New York, USA), Tower Bridge (London, UK), Iron Bridge (Shropshire, UK), Alexandre III Bridge (Paris, France), and San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (San Francisco, USA). These bridges are notable examples of how wrought iron has been used in the construction of engineering marvels that have withstood the test of time.
  4. Towers: Eiffel Tower (Paris, France), Blackpool Tower (Blackpool, UK), Belem Tower (Lisbon, Portugal), Clock Tower (Penang, Malaysia), and Gold Tower (Seville, Spain). These examples highlight how wrought iron has been used in the construction of towers, providing both structural strength and distinctive decorative elements.

Wrought iron is also used in a variety of other applications, such as tool manufacturing, toys, and sculptures. Wrought iron is a versatile material that can be used to create a variety of products.

Nargesa machines currently in use at Adams Wrought Iron:

  1. Twisting Iron Machine MT500A Nargesa: Forging twisting machines, like our Twisting Iron Machine MT500A Nargesa, are used to twist or rotate metal bars or profiles. Nargesa's twisting machine is automatic and produces ornamental pieces, bars, scrolls, etc.

  2. End Hot Wrought Iron Machine PC16 and NF70 Nargesa: Hot forging machines are used to shape metal by heating the piece until it softens and then molding the iron into arrowheads, smooth points, spiral shapes, etc. Various industries utilize hot forging machines, such as the automotive industry for manufacturing axles, connecting rods, brake discs, and the construction industry for producing beams, columns, as well as the heavy industry for agricultural and mining machinery.

  3. Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC Nargesa: Horizontal folding press machines, like our Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC Nargesa are used for bending metal sheets at specific angles, as well as cutting, curving, widening, assembling, etc.

We deeply appreciate Adams Wrought Iron for placing their trust in Nargesa machinery. Adams Wrought Iron is a high-quality company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. At Prada Nargesa, we want to express our gratitude and honor for having our range of Nargesa machinery meet the needs of all professionals and experts in the metalworking sector.
