We bend an aluminium profile with the CC60 CNC Bending Machine

In this video, we will see how bending an aluminium profile without deforming it requires precision, control and a die designed to perfectly follow the geometry of the part. In this reel, we show the composition of the different parts of a die prepared to work with the CC60 CNC mandrel-less tube bending machine. The die incorporates a sliding bath that helps the profile move during the bending process. The clamp, with a rubber coating, allows the profile to be fixed once inserted, preventing marks and improving grip. In addition, the counter-form includes a POM or Sustarin insert, designed to protect the material and prevent damage during the process. We have just finished manufacturing new CC60 CNC units.
