WORK METHODOLOGY

The engineer Jhony Matallana, manager of the Metaltools company and Nargesa authorized distributor in Colombia, has detailed his work methodology and experience with the clients.
"The professional and personalized attention to customers encourages them to invest and continue to grow. Every day I visit the companies of customers who are interested in buying a machine and I usually tell them that I am offering a solution and I am not selling a machine, because any machine can sell it, the important thing is to properly advise the machine for the application, then recommend the appropriate tools for each of the applications and as an added value I do some plans for special tools. I am always pleased that our clients are satisfied doing their job and that the return on their investment starts to recover in the shortest time. I have sold several Nargesa machines in Colombia and after a few years they call me wanting to expand their company and they want to buy another machine for a new application and they end up buying me another Nargesa machine "
