PRODUCTION OF HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKES AND HYDRAULIC SHEARS: OUR MOST HEAVY MACHINERY

We are in full production of the heaviest machines manufactured by Nargesa! This series sheet metal benders and hydraulic shears are in the machining process and assembling the components.
Right here, in our factory, we design and produce each of the components of these high-tech equipment: in our machining centers and milling machines we manufacture all the components, then we weld the structures, we produce the hydraulic groups and the gauges, we cut and fold the sheets that protect the elements, we elaborate and install the electrical and electronic part, we assemble all parts and verify the proper functioning of each one of them.
One of the great advantages that these two machines share is the CNC Control. The Press Brake is equipped with an ESA S630 Control and the Hydraulic Shears with the ESA S625 Control. These prestigious ESA CNC’s are the starting point for our team of programmer engineers who carefully design each of the functions that the control will perform. This team grabs the experience and suggestions of our customers and our own, to develop these programs and include new functions or processes that are more efficient, intuitive and what’s more, beneficial for the operator who uses them. It is worth mentioning that one of the biggest advantages for the customer is the implementation of the 4.0 Technology in all the Nargesa CNC machines. This technology allows the customer's machine to be connected to the technical equipment that has designed and manufactured it, regardless of the distance between them. This means that, always with the expressed customer’s consent,  Nargesa’s technicians can enter the operating system of the machine and solve out any doubt, from difficult folding processes, election of the proper punches and dies, use of non-standard materials or any anomalous situation.
