In this video, we show how the MS20 laser welder performs when there is a gap between sheets. We conduct a test with a 3 mm gap to demonstrate how the laser beam creates a melt pool and distributes the molten material evenly, allowing the joint to close reliably. Compared to TIG welding, where manual intervention is required, laser welding makes the process faster, more consistent, and easier to control.
