Bending thermal break iron profiles

In this video, we show how to bend thermal break iron profiles, a job that requires precision, suitable rollers and a machine capable of working with agility. In this case, the customer sent us 5 different profiles and we manufactured a kit of 12 rollers that can be combined with each other in order to bend all the models. With the Nargesa MC550CNC tube and profile bending machine, this type of work is carried out faster, more precisely and more repeatably thanks to numerical control. The thermal break iron profile performs very well during bending: it maintains its section, allows controlled radii and even complete circumferences without noticeable deformation. It is also highly resistant to impacts and scratches, which is why it is commonly used in doors and high-traffic access points: schools, public institutions, shops or commercial buildings.
