Prada Nargesa presents in 2023 its new bending tutorial for the MC650 Tube and Profile Bender. The video shows the bending of various profiles using the new Control of the MC650 section and pipe bending machine, providing tips for optimal bending.

The tutorial begins by bending the flat bar and then adjusting the small and medium rollers to bend the U-shaped profile in both directions. It is recommended to adjust the initial position of the profile to the maximum to avoid the unbent section being too long and colliding with the axes when closing the ring. It is also advised to place the joint at the front or back when bending round tubes with welding, and not at the top or bottom, as this can alter the dimension of the curve radius. The tutorial also shows how to make a protective fence, an oval table, and a spiral made with a 20mm tube and an outer radius of 130mm.

The tutorial provides tips for bending large profiles, such as placing them as close as possible to the inside of the axis, lubricating or greasing the material to facilitate bending, and loosening the nuts half a turn after making contact with any type of profile. We also show how to make a sample bar to obtain a library of useful radii for future pieces.

How to make the structure for a greenhouse using 2-inch galvanized pipe and a 1250mm radius. Bending a construction bar is very simple using rollers for round tube. Additionally, we show how to bend an angled profile with a 450mm radius and how to cut the top wing of the angle in a miter shape to smooth the material's entry into large profiles.

For bending small-diameter steel tubes, we recommend Nargesa's hardened D7 rollers, which have two channels for two different measurements on the same roller. For larger-diameter tubes, we use a single groove, and for more delicate materials such as stainless steel, brass, copper, or aluminum, we use rollers made of Sustarin, a high-strength thermoplastic that prevents possible marks and contaminations due to contact between different materials.

The Nargesa MC650 Bender has a bending assistant that allows you to work in automatic or manual mode and a profile library that allows you to choose its geometry and bending direction. You can also consult the radius database to add, edit or delete records.

One of the main advantages of Nargesa benders is the integration of 4.0 technology, which allows remote connection with our technical service to update software, find possible anomalies, and even use the machine without the need to travel. In addition, our bender has ECOMODE, a START-STOP function that minimizes electrical energy consumption.

In summary, if you are looking for an efficient solution for bending tubes of different materials and sizes, the Nargesa bender is the perfect choice. Trust us and keep moving forward!
