NARGESA SHEET BENDING SIMULATOR SOFTWARE IN TRAINING CENTERS

All the Hydraulic press brakes that we manufacture are supplied with the complete bending software for installation on a PC. This software, designed and programmed by Nargesa technicians, was mainly conceived to support the CNC that incorporates the Sheet Metal Bending Machine, but sometimes we also supply it to Universities and training centers to train their future mechanical technicians.

This state-of-the-art software incorporates a simulator and optimizer for the faster and more reliable 2D and 3D graphic identification and programming of the bending sequence. This gives students all the advantages of a simulator: they can carry out bending sequences to see their feasibility, control collisions or deformations of the sheet, become familiar with development calculations, know and distinguish punches and dies and their features... without the need to have the press brake physically at the training center.

In order to offer quality training, one of our technicians, a member of the development team for this software, travels to the center to train teachers and thus ensure that students receive complete and efficient learning.
