We manufacture various pipe clamps and metal flanges with the assistance of the Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC and the Profile bending machines MC400 by Prada Nargesa

At Prada Nargesa, we manufacture various pipe clamps and metal flanges in just 3 simple steps. With the assistance of the Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC and the Profile bending machines MC400 by Prada Nargesa, we guide you step by step on how to manufacture these clamps and metal flanges:

Step 1: In the first step, the iron handrail is cut and an oval hole is made at both ends

Step 2: In the second step, using the Horizontal Hydraulic Press Brake PP200CNC by Prada Nargesa, we create the brackets by cutting the end of the handrail in a semi-circular shape and punching a round hole. We also make a cut and punch at the final end of the handrail and the initial end of the next one

Step 3: In the third step, with the Profile bending machines MC400 by Prada Nargesa and special rollers, we bend the profiles, adjusting the position of the lower roller to achieve a smaller or larger bending diameter according to our needs

Pipe Clamps

Pipe clamps are essential accessories in the industry sector and construction sector, used to secure and fasten pipes safely. These versatile tools play a crucial role in providing stability and support to pipe systems. Pipe clamps are typically made of durable materials such as galvanized steel or stainless steel, which give them strength and longevity. They are designed with a shape that conforms to the contour of the pipe, providing a precise and secure fit.

The main function of pipe clamps is to keep pipes in place, preventing unwanted movements and ensuring proper alignment. This is especially critical in pipe systems that transport liquids or gases at high pressure, where improper movement could result in leaks or long-term damage. In addition to providing stability, pipe clamps also help reduce vibrations and noise, thus improving the overall system performance. By securely holding the pipes, the transmission of vibrations to other parts of the system is minimized, contributing to a safer and more efficient working environment.

Metal Flanges

Metal flanges are essential devices in the industry sector and construction sector, used to securely and reliably connect pipes and related components. These versatile tools play a crucial role in providing strong and leak-proof connections in pipe systems. Metal flanges are primarily made of stainless steel, which gives them exceptional strength and a long lifespan. They are designed with a circular structure that fits the outer diameter of the pipes and feature bolt holes for proper fastening.

The main function of metal flanges is to securely join two pipe ends or a pipe to a valve, pump, or other equipment. This is achieved by placing the flange between the ends to be joined and applying bolts to securely tighten it. This tight seal provides a strong and pressure-resistant connection, preventing leaks and ensuring smooth and safe flow. In addition to their joining function, metal flanges also facilitate the assembly and disassembly of components in pipe systems. With bolt holes, they can be quickly loosened and dismantled when necessary, allowing access for repair, inspection, or replacement of the connected elements.

Pipes and Metal Flanges

Pipes for flanges and clamps are commonly manufactured in a variety of durable and robust materials. These materials are chosen based on the specific needs of the application and operating conditions. It is important to consider that the selection of the pipe material for flanges and clamps depends on factors such as the specific application, compatibility with the transported fluid or gas, corrosion resistance, and temperature and pressure conditions. It is recommended to consult with experts or pipeline engineers to select the most suitable material for each case.
