PI85 - Hydraulic Press for Locks

 Hydraulic Press for Locks PI85 It is a fast, easy-to-use, and precise machine. The video shows the entire process step by step of changing the tooling for different measurements. The machine has two workstations, where we perform these stamps in two operations. In the first operation, we punch the mortise with a rectangular punch. To avoid deforming the tube, the machine has an inner core that we place inside the tube, which serves as a clamp during punching. In this first operation, we also have a stop that we use to stamp the entire length of the mortise accurately. In the second workstation, we stamp the holes for the handle and lock cylinder. We also indicate the procedure to follow for maintaining the machine and increasing its lifespan.
