Nargesa introduces the new Pipe and Profile Bending Rolling Machine MC150B. We are excited to share with you all the features and benefits of the Tube and Profile Bender MC150B

In this video, our bending experts will demonstrate the techniques and tools necessary to achieve the best results in bending different types of materials. Learn bending techniques for angles!

How to use the MC150B Bender Roller

We will show you how to use the Ring Roller Bender Section Machine MC150B to bend with precision and ease, and how to make the most of its features to achieve professional results. Our team of engineers at Nargesa has designed the Pyramid Bender to provide our customers with a cost-effective solution for bending different profiles and materials. The secret to its affordability lies in mass production.

We have listened to the suggestions of many customers who were asking for an affordable, easy-to-use roller with the robustness that characterizes Nargesa products. In addition, the ability to perform bending work without depending on third parties is one of the main advantages that our customers appreciate when acquiring this product.

How to bend a flat bar on the flat side

To bend a flat bar on the flat side, the process to follow is as follows:

  • Adjust the machine rollers to be fully tightened.
  • Then, place the washer and nut in their corresponding places and lower the upper handle until it comes into contact with the material to be bent, without pressing directly on the metal bar.
  • Operate the machine to the right and lower the handle empty to check that everything is functioning correctly.
  • Operate the machine to the left.
  • Repeat the process until reaching the desired measurement and maintain constant and uniform pressure throughout the process to avoid deformations in the material.
  • Once the desired measurement is reached, start bending the flat bar.

How to bend a flat bar on the edge

To carry out the bending of a flat bar on the edge, the same rollers used for bending a flat bar are employed. However, it is important to adjust the roller opening according to the dimensions of the material being worked on, ensuring the desired bending angle is achieved. This way, a precise bending process can be performed.

To manufacture several rings with the same measurements, time and material can be saved by starting from a 6-meter bar and then cutting it to the necessary length.

How to bend a square or rectangular tube

To bend a square bar, the bending equipment, specifically roller number 4, should be used. It's crucial to adjust the roller side according to the dimensions of the material to be bent before placing the bar in the bending equipment. Once the roller is adjusted, insert roller number 5, the washer, and the nut. Then, secure the square or rectangular bar in place, positioning it between the rollers and securing it with the nuts. To ensure the bar is properly secured, hand-tighten the nuts so that it is firmly held in position. With the bar fixed, bending is performed using the bending equipment. This process allows for the precise and effective bending of square bars and rectangular profiles, producing high-quality pieces that meet the required technical specifications.

The machine for bending square tubes has correction side rollers to straighten the profile if necessary. To bend a round bar of different diameters, the same rollers as the square bar and the same bending process are used. If the goal is to bend the square or rectangular tube, we combine and adjust rollers number 5 and number 4 to the tube size, tightening the nut by hand, never with a wrench since the tube expands when bent and could be damaged.

How to bend a T-shaped profile

To bend a T-shaped profile, place roller number 5 with the protrusion inward and roller number 3 with the rounded edge also inward on the two lower axes. The placement of the upper rollers is entirely flat without a groove, using rollers number 3 and 5. If the profile to be worked on is an angle, the roller assembly is the same as for the T-shaped profile. Always use the two side correction rollers to straighten and achieve a good bend.

When bending stainless steel, aluminum, brass, or delicate materials, Nargesa manufactures rollers in Sustarin that facilitate good bending due to their properties without contaminating the manipulated material. If the tube dimensions to be bent are small, we machine two channels in the same roller.

For metallic round tubes, we manufacture rollers of hardened steel at 58, facilitating bending. Each tube size must be well adjusted to its channel for a better result. We manufacture rollers for special profiles.

When bending to large radii or facing height problems in our facilities, we can tilt the machine to facilitate the operator's work, as seen in the video images.
