PP200 - How to make clamps and flanges

In this video, we show how to carry out the manufacture of different types of clamps and flanges using the PP200 Horizontal Press Brake.
This hydraulic press is one of the most versatile machines we make. It’s got 20 working Tons that allows us to bend, fold and shape all kinds of cold metals to make batches of these ones and other kinds of clamps.
By adjusting the pressure and the piston stroke, we can reduce the production time to a few seconds, this is essential to make series productions and to be able to offer a product with a fine and quality finish at a competitive price.
