Do you want to incorporate laser welding into your processes?

Making the leap to laser welding often raises many questions: which system to choose, how to integrate it into day-to-day production, what training operators will need, or when it will truly become profitable. As a result, many companies continue using TIG/MIG—leading to more rework, more grinding, more polishing, more distortion, and more time lost on finishing.

The MS20 laser welder was created to simplify that decision: an industrial laser welding system that welds, cuts, and cleans from day one, can be operated by any operator, and fits just as well into a standalone workstation as into a complete welding solution.

That’s why we invite you to tell us about your case. Fill out the form and our technical-commercial team will contact you to review your needs and explain—with no obligation—how the MS20 can fit into your production, what results you can expect, and what the next steps would be to introduce laser welding into your processes with complete peace of mind.

What do our clients say

Technical features

Laser welding is a fusion process that uses a laser beam to join different materials—carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, etc.—with or without filler wire. Its surgical precision, high speed, and ease of use make it the most cost-effective welding process, not only for manual applications but also for robotic automation.

Our technology makes it easy to produce aesthetic weld beads without spatter and with fume emissions up to four times lower than conventional processes. This level of efficiency and cleanliness not only improves work quality, but also reduces risks and enhances working conditions, making it an increasingly indispensable solution for most companies in the sector.

Frequently asked questions about Laser Welding Equipment MS20

What exactly is the MS20 and what is it used for?

The MS20 is a 2000 W fiber laser welding system (Class 4), designed to weld sheets of different materials, thicknesses, and positions. It also integrates weld seam cleaning and sheet cutting modes in the same system.

What power supply, electrical requirements, and controls does it include?

Power: 2000 W
Power supply: 220–240 V single-phase
Cooling: Water-cooled
Control: ESA S820 7" touchscreen, with a built-in program database (welding / cleaning / cutting) and alarm diagnostics.

It features two dual-drive motors for wire feeding from 0.8 to 2 mm. This allows welding with two wires simultaneously (up to 2 mm) or using one wire per material, avoiding frequent material changes that usually consume significant time.

What “3-in-1” functions does it include?

In addition to welding a wide range of materials such as steels, aluminum, and even titanium, it allows weld seam cleaning without changing accessories and cutting carbon steel up to 10 mm thick.

What materials can I weld?

You can weld carbon steel and stainless steel up to 6 mm with maximum penetration, as well as a wide range of aluminum alloys up to 5 mm.

It is also possible to weld titanium, copper, gold, platinum, cobalt, among other materials—making it an ideal solution for a broad range of industries: automotive and auxiliary industries, metalworking, boiler making, light structural workshops, machinery and capital goods manufacturers, aerospace, rail, electronics, instrumentation, metal furniture, decoration, repair shops, and prototyping.

What thicknesses can a 2000 W handheld laser welder handle?

The maximum weldable thickness depends on the selected material, its alloy, joint design, and the gap between parts. As a general market reference, the practical limits of handheld machines are defined by the power / material / technique used (oscillation, filler wire, focus).

We offer demos and test welds on your own parts to validate penetration and aesthetic results within your specific range.
With this system, near full penetration can be achieved on 6 mm carbon steel sheet.
